Cover Letter Template

1. The cover letter must include key information, such as the name of the designated corresponding author, along with a signed statement from the corresponding author confirming that written permission has been obtained from all individuals mentioned in the Acknowledgments section. Additionally, patient consent forms must be collected when required. The cover letter should be submitted in PDF format as part of the manuscript submission process.

2. The publication rights of all manuscripts accepted and published by the Bhakta Journal of Medicine are retained by the journal, with the full consent and approval of the respective author(s).
